PHILOSOPHY

THE FITNESS PROJECT exists to bring new fitness experiences to everyone around us, and to rejuvenate the self through the uniqueness of our activities. It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, our activities are catered and customised to give your body that boost it needs.

MEET THE
TEAM MEMBERS

YAO XIANG

is a ex-National Water Polo player, Swimmer and is a certified sports trainer and first aider.

He has represented Singapore at numerous international competitions including the Asian Games and the Commonwealth Games.

He has many years of experience in physical and leadership training, honed over his years as a private instructor, and a PE teacher in our local education system.

JANE TAN

graduated from Shivshakti Institute (International), India. Before her Yoga journey she was an Aerobics instructor certified to teach Body Combat, Kickboxing, Body Pump, Body Balance and other high impact exercises.

She is also a certified Pre and Post-natal and Active Birthing teacher with The Yoga Space (Australia). Jane also teaches Pilates Matwork and Fletcher Fusion.

CHONG NYEN

is also a ex-National Water Polo player and a certified water polo/swimming instructor and first aider.

He has represented Singapore at numerous international competitions including the Asian Championships in Dubai.

He is an avid fitness fan, and has been active in looking for new fitness experiences to participate in.
