THINGS TO KNOW FOR
Being a strong swimmer is not a prerequisite for HydroFit. However, you will need to at least be Water Confident as some wading/paddling/swimming will be involved to get you set up on the floating boards on the occasion where you fall into the water.
We recommend attire that can get wet and at the same time does not hinder movement. This includes Yoga Wear (please make sure that they are able to withstand any damage caused by chlorinated water), Sports Attire like tights, compression wear, board shorts, etc.
